[H-GEN] thoughts on Dell laptops

Peter,

a couple of months ago I installed kubuntu 10.04 on a D610, 2GHz, 1Gb ram 
without any problems. Everything worked out of the box. Wireless, modem, 
screen, sound etc. all sweet. Was a joy to work with that machine while I had 
it for testing.
