[H-GEN] changes to Humbug meta

Hey folks,

For the last few months I've been holding Humbug meta at the Brisbane
City Council library meeting
room in the city. While the room itself is nice, it's difficult to
book and get to.

People will have heard me rave about the digital culture centre The
Edge. They've recently modified their
closing time to eight o'clock Tuesday to Saturday. This is a fantastic
resource that we can now use.

I propose moving Humbug meta to The Edge, and hold it once a week. I'm
currently thinking Wednesday night,
but am open to other suggestions.
