[H-GEN] changes to Humbug meta

Moving to The Edge is a good move because attendance will almost
certainly increase because of the popularity of The Edge. High
attendance and visibility is good and hopefully also means a few new
people joining HUMBUG.

If you are willing to run it every week then good on you, but wouldn't
people (and you) get tired of it? Every two weeks between HUMBUG seems
a more sustainable option.

I may be staying in West End for a few months, so feel free to remind
me to come along some time.
