Russell,

Is this a recent change in policy? Matthew explicitly invited all of
us to add any items we wanted to discuss so long as we email exec and
general which I did. Furthermore, when I asked on IRC if anyone would
complain if I edited the page you said something like "the only way to
find out is to do it".

Given that members are allowed to bring up new points at meetings, it
seems to me that your planning would be aided by having a section in
your Agenda for "members issues". That way the Chairman of the meeting
has advanced notice of items that the members may wish to raise.

Russell, you have completely missed the point of my agenda item. I
want to know what the Executive expects of the System Administration
team and vice versa. This is absolutely *not* something that the
System Administration team can discuss among themselves at any level
beyond general speculation.

Cheers,
