Part of the issue is that the current form has most of the signatures on the front. This means that when you look at the front of the a membership form there currently is no way to tell that you need to flip the page. Even the signatures are on the front. Bad design which means that it is all to easy just to print it one sided.
Again another good reason to change over to a new form.

My current design (available through http://www.humbug.org.au/MatthewFranklin) avoids that issue by having a clear instruction on the front that you need to flip the form over to complete it. As well having all the Signatures and date stuff at the back. So it would be almost impossible to get it wrong. The other thing is there is really no need for the form to be printed double sided. Even the membership card is no issue because you can simply cut both font and back out and laminate them together.

Also if the new batch of membership forms are not printed either double sided or on two separate sheets then I will take full responsibility. This is because I will be getting them printed.
