Thanks for correction. Now we are getting some where. I have been under the impression that this was not the case hence why I haven't posted the old forms. These however have the issue of no emergency contact details and the fact they are double sided. To this end I will stick a note on the wiki asking people to include those details. I am sure that the people in charge of setting up the membership database will have no issue with just accepting add on information.
Sorry but until people comment on the new forms there really is no point in spending the time, money and effort to print them out as the form is not validated or stable yet. However I will also provide a link to both versions of what may yet be our new form and any others that pop up.

No agenda Greg. I have opinions but no agenda apart from those that I state openly. Never have, never will. Also please Greg refrain from making such comments as they are clearly wrong and clearly insulting.
