Correct.  These members have all been members of Humbug for a
minimum of three months, in most cases for several years.

The Constitution does not say three months immediately prior to
the AGM, it just says three months.

So, as has been agreed by a large number of people familiar with
the Constitution, they will be eligible to vote if they can just
get their renewal done in time.

Since your efforts seem to be all designed to prevent them from
voting under this smokescreen of designing a pretty form that
nobody gives a toss about, one might wonder if there was some
other agenda at play here.

Anyway, these people should be allowed to renew so they can
vote.

If you don't like it, don't do it.  I don't see a big crowd of
people standing around demanding that you be insulting.

And, since it has no effect on me, it's a complete waste of your
time as well.  I'd suggest that this might be a good time to
give it up.
