[H-GEN] Fwd: Membership form

I guess I got the bull by the horns. You are quite right. Russell was not asking for an increase rather us just making it a payment for membership and then some. 

I would like to know what would be the costs in say HUMBUG paying for hosting. I do know that we have more than $6,000 in the account but how much buffer should we have in case of emergency?

um, I actually meant that Robert shouldn't have to pay membership fees if he
is paying for the VM. <-- that is what should be added into the constitution.

Does the club not get enough income per year to pay for the VM without raising
membership fees?
