[H-GEN] Can procmail trigger a script?

I have just subscribed to the clamav database update list and was 
wondering if procmail (or something else) can be used to trigger a 
script to download the latest database.

The mail from the list is going to an address that is only used to 
receive  mail from the clamav database list. I want to be able to 
shutdown the freshclam daemon and just trigger a script to run it when a 
message comes in.
