Permissions Permissions Permissions

Everything you ask is possible but the biggest issue you will face is
permissions.

Eg you have an email sent to xyz at example.com and that then triggers and rule
that in turn executes a script but that script will be executed as xyz or
the user alias it is associated with.

You could up the permissions on that script at your own risk.
