Yep, i'd agree that's pretty sickening.
But, the one thing that is worse than all the spam and viruses put
together, is bloody VIRUS SCANNER BOUNCES! I've lost count of how many
helpdesk jobs I've been assigned (and I'm level 2/3 support, I'd hate to
see what level 1 support is like!) because somebody's email address was
spoofed and they are receiving virus bounces.
It is staggering how much viruses and spam cost business. I wonder if
all those "cost estimates" of spam and viruses include the time that
support personnel waste?
