[H-GEN] date and timestamp in mutt?

This is probably a really simple thing, but I've searched and searched
and I can't see that anyone else has this problem.

None of my received email when it's displayed in mutt has a timestamp or
datestamp. I can see dates in the folder before I open the mail, but
there's no timestamp or datestamp in the actual email.

Am I missing a simple configuration option or is it being stripped
somehow when I download the email? I always had datestamp and timestamp
when using Thunderbird as my mail reader.
