You dont need these 4 lines below (print command, lpq and lprm), samba
already knows this.

Ive never used the use client driver option before.

Whats cups logs have to say ?
What driver did you use in cups? I usually use a raw queue and let the
windows drivers do the work.

Also you could try turning up the samba log level, a value of 3 should
yield something useful.
