I was more thinking about the fact that there are issues with using a
GPL/LGPL components within a commerical application - mainly from a GPL
point and including GPL component into an application. Especially in the
context of wine and refering to the branch rewind -
http://rewind.sourceforge.net/  which WineX is based upon.
