[H-GEN] exim courier imap and virtual accounts

Hi all

I have a working install of courier-imap and exim, however am needing to add mail users who do not have an actual user account.  I have tried to add this functionality by using the courier authmysql mod but without too much success.  Has anybody else been down this road and have a solution or can offer some other constructive help in setting up users of this type.
