Debian: Under /etc/vim
RedHat: Under /usr/share/vim/vimXX/macros/
In both cases, the easiest way to find out is ask the package manager
where it installed the files:
RedHat: rpm -q vim-minimal vim-enhanced vim-common vim-X11 | grep 'rc$'
Debian: dpkg -L vim | grep 'rc$'
