AH! Thank you - seems that HP in some of their cheaper models also use
Plustek chipsets and I have been chasing a driver for a HP2200C for some
time.
This web page has what I need.
It's a personal thing but I hate most things Canon as, even under Windows, a
lot of their drivers are hard to install. Their scanners are slow and
"tinny".
That's my two cents worth but I am grateful for your advice about the driver
page.
