I'm guessing apologies and proxies go to you? I'm hoping to actually 
make it to the meeting, but I thought perhaps it was a bit of useful 
information that may have been left off accidentally.

Also, I assume membership fees are due at that meeting. Is the fee still 
the same as last year, or did we manage to agree on an increase since then?
