The situation is somewhat changed. While we still enjoy good
relations with UQ, UQ Facilities are now required to charge for
all non-UQ bookings. This is a result of the external audit that
is working its way through UQ.

UQ ITS have kindly decided to sponsor us by footing these bills.
(Yay ITS! Yay ITS!) As part of that *they* have to make the room
booking for us. So we are a cost and an administrative burdern
to these kind folks. We would like to minimise that as much as
possible.

I think the setup on the weekend worked well. We had an area at
the front with just chairs for people interested in the talk and
everyone was really great in welcoming and listening (or ignorning
quietly) Tobi's talk.
