`pump -i eth0` *pump*, `dhcpcd eth0` *dhcpcd* and `dhclient eth0` *dhcp-client*
work for me in Debian, no MAC/Hostname/etc is needed, daemon mode is assumed and
they all work with ifup/ifdown and Optusnet Cable.
