Ok, so I'm wondering how many of the people who might be interested in an
intro-talk/lecturette/tutorial (yet to be determinied) are already doing or
have done a concurrency subject at UQ/QUT/etc; and how many aren't/haven't.
Be aware that the talk being requested wouldn't aim to introduce specific
concurrency implementations, and I suspect prior knowledge of at least one
implementation would be required.

P.S. Yes I know the email is rather vague, it's very purpose is to elicit
clarification.
