Outlook also supports a basic shared calender that loses integrity once
the data files get past 1Mb in size.

Be carefull of this, I know of one person who used it and is now wishing
he never did. It seems to use a combination of cyrus, exim and ldap with
a web based front end and requires installing a connector program on the
doze boxes to allow outlook to talk to it. I dont like to use the list
to poo poo a product however he did scare me off it.

We use a combination of exim and imap for mail and for all the others a
php based project called twiggi.

Heres the lowdown :

twiggi is a web-based email client and contact manager solution for
Linux. It includes the ability to securely share information with
co-workers either individually or via assigned groups.
