Please, try to do the right thing when replying to emails.
Make sure you trim out any unnecessary bits of the email,
including the previous persons .signature.  Putting a > or
some other character in front of any bits your replying to
is a good idea too, makes it easy to tell which bit belongs
to who.  Also, don't use only indentation for your reply -
it makes it very very hard to read.

Most modern mail readers should make this easy for you -
if yours doesn't, change.  Have a read of
http://www.humbug.org.au/netiquette.html as well, its a
very informative post.
