So it is still online?  If you have an IP this will assist greatly in
tracking it down.

Some suggestions:

Whois is your friend.

Even if they are difficult to track, a traceroute may reveal _their_ ISP.
Someone to talk to at least.

The various Aussie ISP lists could be useful.

Last but not least, if an ISP has left you in the lurch but something is
still online, the TIO may be able to help.
