[H-GEN] Mysql dump file SQL syntax

Actually the site was hosted by an ISP who disbanded, now we think we
have tracked down where the site is, but no-one has a contact for the
guy who owns the box. It would be so easy to get a dump of the db but I
have had to resort to writing a php page to create the insert
statements. Time I was hoping not to waste. I still have an issue with
some of the statements but I think I will get there tonight :)

So _someone_ wants you to take a backup of a database, to move it to
another instance of mysql, but without giving you access to the
mysqldump command?  Box their ears ;)
