I'd guess it would depend on the interest value of the task, the
amount of work required, and the pay on offer.  I've said no to
$1,000 per hour for dead boring work; I've done other such jobs
for the price of a book.  In the end, if you offer enough to a
wide enough audience, you'll find somebody to do it.  You might
even find somebody who can do it quite well.
