We did propose that the BC arrange for installation and O at H still refused. 
Couldn't even get cable tv. It's all good now tho, we live in a house. 
Can't go back to a unit after living in a house.... just like it was murder 
going back to dialup for 3 weeks when we moved houses just before christmas 
and couldn't get an install until mid-january.
