They will, if there is an arrangement with the management or 
body-corporate. Often such institutions are so obstructive that they 
(O at H) will just give up.

If you get the body corporate (or whatever) to do the install, they're 
often more co-operative. If you can get cable TV, you should be able to 
get O at H. YMMV, of course.
