It's not hard to get Optus in an apartment block. It's impossible. They 
will NOT install into apartment blocks. End of story. Tried numerous times 
to convince them but no go. As for adsl, a lot of providers just re-sell 
telstra products. Pacific Internet seems to be the one that people have the 
least amount of trouble with. I hear from colleagues that iPrimus aren't 
terribly bad, but I've heard horror stories from other people so I guess 
that home vs business accounts really vary. I do know first-hand that 
Telstra supply ADSL to the St. Lucia area.
