hi- I want to install licq but the message comes up that i need certain
files as they are dependancies.
I am sure that I need to install openssl.0.9.6c but I dont understand how to
install it - I cant find an rpm package for openssl so I have downloaded a
tar.gz file.
the question is- where do I put it, how do I put it. and if the file has
install.exe, does this mean I have gone and downloaded a windows package
instead of the proper one for linux.]
