I switched to Pacific Internet when AsiaOnline (previously BIT,
previously TMX) went belly-up.

They have been fine, as far I can tell -- one or two small
outages (see <http://www.gbch.net/incidents.html> for details)
and some very brief pre-announced outages for network upgrades
and so on. The prices seem reasonable to me and the response on
the couple of occasions when I wanted it was good. I don't have
an opinion on their "home" service, but the "business" ADSL has
met my needs.

I have no experience with Spin.
