Big difference in network quality than in Cairns CBD I'd guess.

As you say... cost is the killer here with ISDN. Strange that in Europe
ISDN is ubiquitous (as in many households in Germany have it) and forms
the basis for ADSL installations (no ISDN, no ADSL). I don't get it.
