As has been mentioned in another post, this could still present us
difficulty in getting quorum. I'm happy with 16 or 21. This is only a
minimm and I would encourage all members to come to SGMs (the AGM is just
the annual SGM) to prevent any danger of stacking.
Actually, if we are talking about 3x or 4x the exec, might as well drop
the +1 :) It is really only needed for those that do 2 x Exec +1,
to allow non-exec members to out number exec members in a minimum quorum.
So I'd propose 3x or 4x the number of executive members.
