Gidday,
            I dont have too much to say on this, however, I recently did
something similar to a friends machine and had the same problem under windows
9x. It stumped me and eventually the computer dudes who sold her the machine
found some patch on the net. I do believe it was found on the site of the
manufacturers of the CD-ROM. Good luck
