I can't say why it isn't providing OutOctets, but ISTR that the
OutErrors is actually "errors plus collisions", or some such useless
figure. I can't recall exactly why it was like that (UTSL).
I did some medium-heavy SNMP stuff some years back, and remembering is
painful.
