it's already there....group audio

daniel at mage:~$ ls -l /dev/dsp*
crw-rw----    1 root     audio     14,   3 Jan 13 12:56 /dev/dsp
crw-rw----    1 root     audio     14,  19 Jan 13 12:56 /dev/dsp1

adduser user group

will do the dirty work of adding users to groups

my current group membership is
daniel dialout cdrom floppy audio www-data src
