[H-GEN] Kernel compile

Ok it's working now. It looks like the copy of the image from the
/usr/src/...blah blah to /boot wasn't working all the time. I'd say that the
version in there was needing the module (I saw a
"request_module[block-major-8]: Root fs not mounted" message in there) and
all I needed was to copy the new kernel properly (shameful, embarrassed look
on my face)
