Well, it doesnt seem that clear, because
technically you can say that the schools are the
end-users and hence wouldnt be required to do
filtering as such. I have had a few words to my
boss and he is thinking of making schools sign a
discliamer stating that we are not liable for any
unauthorised access to banned sites from any other
their computers. In which case, it would be the
teachers responsibility to do their own
filtering. Good old "Internet Duty".
