[H-GEN] New Kernel compile fails to boot

Hilton, 

I think the bit about the include file is a red herring.  I think the
real issue is that the kernel thinks it is running on a higher CPU than
you have (becuase you said so in the kernel config).

Specify a lower CPU and try again.
