lilo -r /mnt

This will chroot to /mnt and run lilo from there.  Automagically fixed :)

Carefully check /etc/fstab to make sure everything refers to the right
partition.

Yeah, should be, but I like to throw in the above info as it can save a 
lot of heart^H^H^H^H^Hheadache if it does turn out the superblock is
fubar.
