	Just to add a point that noone else seemed to have mentioned, if
it really is causing hassles to other phones, as opposed to simply
reporting NO DIALTONE it's probably a bad thing.  It would tend to
indicate a lack of AUSTEL approval... worth $10,000 + any damage you do
to upstream telephone equipment, which is the expensive part.
