seems resolv.conf wasnt chmodded to allow the poor stinking users access
to a dns.  using ip's seemed to work -> (points to resolv.conf) so all is
fixed and all is again good in the continuum.

yes, well. maybe this MAY happen.  but gawsh.  i'm going to be really
worried if robert starts automatically interpreting nonconventional html.
