[H-ANNOUNCE] Caliburn Outages: hopefully fixed now

Folks,

As many of you are aware, Caliburn has been not behaving lately.  Below
is a list of outages since my last email.  Our backup mail exchangers
should mean there is no lost email, just a lot of delayed email.

Before we put the server back into production today, we replaced all the
hard drives and ran a few tests - it appears to be fixed; however, it's
still the same motherboard, cpu, etc, so we can't promise anything ;)

Thanks go to Raymond Smith and Sarah Hollings for the work to replace
the drives in Caliburn, and to UQ staff for accommodating our too
frequent visits.
