Given that the people invoicing us haven't bothered with some of
this stuff for years, there is absolutely no reason for us to
rush about paying them.  They can't have it both ways -- if they
can't produce timely invoices, they cannot possibly expect fast
payment.  We have at least two years to review the charges and
decide if we are happy to pay.

And claims of confidentiality around the arrangements really
don't cut it -- Humbug members are entitled to know what Humbug
funds are used for.
