I don't have a clue.  It is bloody annoying.  I am hoping one day
someone will get irritated enough to look at it.

Planning for the Exalibur move was the thing that brought this issue to
the fore in the first place.  It turned out no one that turns up to
Humbug meetings had any idea who our registrar was, or for that matter
had taken much notice of had we could change our secondaries at short
notice.

As for the hidden primary idea, the more I think about it the more I
like it.  What does everybody else think?

Ah.  So this was meant to go to sasig as well?  That is just as well,
