[H-GEN] www.humbug.org.au has moved to Network Presence

I've moved Excalibur, (the machine that runs Humbug's web site and
mailing lists) to Network Presence.  Network Presence is based in
Adelaide.

We were planning to do this anyway as our previous provider, Open
Virtuals, had reliability issues - but there was no reason for urgency.
 This month Open Virtuals told us they wre shutting down as of the
21st, which provided the urgency so the move has now happened.  The new
VM sent this email.
