Several tickets have been lodged about the current problems.  They have
all been closed as fixed.

If you look at their web site (https://crissic.net/ ) you will see that
ordering anything off them is going to be difficult.  I think the root
cause is it isn't possible to provide 10Gb/512MB/2TB for USD$15/yr.

Finding cheap VM provider isn't difficult.  https://lowendbox.com/ has
a whole pile of them.  Moving the Humbug VM isn't difficult either.
 The difficulty is as always finding a cheap VM that does what they
claim in the ad.
