FWIW, a few of those above did not accept their nominations, so the
field is slightly smaller: only Cameron accepted the VP nomination, and
Michael did not accept the OCM nomination.

So your preferred option to have both Hugh & Kathy in named positions
doesn't seem to be possible.

We're definitely spoiled for choice this year, though.
