[H-GEN] UQ room bookings have hit a snag

FWIW we went through this in the late 1990's. The "easiest" way to
become "affiliated with UQ" was via a student club/society ... but we
could never settle on a model that worked for us (in terms of keeping
the greater HUMBUG isolated and safe). The idea I had at the time I was
assistant secretary, then secretary, was to setup a sub-branch of
HUMBUG that was a UQ club. We could also have done a similar thing with
QUT, allowing the sub-branches to host meetings. Of course it requires
a minimum number of people to setup, and needs a branch exec too. Back
then enough of us were UQ students that it was viable, these days I'm
not so sure.
