[H-GEN] ZFS and SMART Error Count - Advice

Hi Guys,

Just after some practical advice here.

Just had a drive that increased it's error count
from 7 to 8 last night in my ZFS 10 disk pool
and am a bit concerned I should be replacing it ASAP!

>From what I can tell it's producing CRC errors?

I'm presently doing a scrub on the pool
(which I do via cron every month).

Should I just replace this disk ASAP and be done with it?

Any other advice/thoughts?
